Privacy
Last updated October 30, 2026. RaceFrame is run by Haddad Solutions, LLC, Damascus, Maryland.
What we collect
- From your sign-in (your Microsoft, Google or Apple account, whichever you use): an account identifier, your name and, if the provider shares it, your email address. We never see your password.
- What you tell us: your name, whether you use RaceFrame as an athlete or a coach, your age range (13–17 or 18+), heart-rate zones and privacy settings.
- Activities you import: the route, time, heart rate, elevation, distance, the activity's name and the bike or gear listed in your file. From a Strava archive we read only the activity files and the activity list; your photos and the rest of the archive stay on your computer.
- If you connect Strava: your Strava athlete number, the access keys Strava issues (stored encrypted), and your activities from Strava. Disconnecting revokes access and deletes those activities from RaceFrame.
- Basic security records: sign-ins, team joins and changes to your age range, kept so we can investigate abuse.
We use a cookie only to keep you signed in. There are no ads and no third-party trackers.
Who can see your activities
- You. Everything you import.
- Coaches of a team you join, after you agree on the join screen. They see your activities except ones you hide, and without the area around each start and finish (200 m by default; you can change it in Settings, and accounts for 13–17 year olds can't turn it off).
- Nobody else. Not your teammates, not other teams, not other users. Leaving a team, or a coach removing you, ends that coach's access immediately.
We don't sell or rent your data and don't use it for advertising. Place names are looked up from OpenStreetMap using an activity's approximate location, without your name or account.
Athletes under 18
RaceFrame isn't for children under 13. Athletes aged 13–17 must confirm that a parent or guardian agrees before sharing activities with a coach, and their start and finish areas are always hidden. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a minor's account at any time: email [email protected].
Keeping, exporting and deleting
We keep your data while your account exists. In Settings you can download everything we hold about you, delete single activities, or delete your account, which removes your activities, team memberships and teams you own straight away. Our encrypted backups are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted; we never restore a deleted account from them.
Strava
Strava is a trademark of Strava, Inc.; RaceFrame is not affiliated with Strava. Activities you import from Strava's own export are your files. RaceFrame does not show data obtained through Strava's API to anyone other than its owner.
